Greyslater.com is proud to carry the world’s first and only Made in the USA metal reusable water bottle. It’s simple, modern design got us wondering - how the heck did people carry water with them before we came along?

We put on our research hats (which are actually just winter hats - it’s cold in Chicago!) and dug in. Turns out, people came up with some pretty creative (and disgusting) ways to drink water over the years. We compiled some of our favorites in this video.
